Email from Craigslist real or not?

I’m thinking it’s fake because it doesn’t even greet me by my name. It doesn’t even use, “Dear customer.”

My Craigslist account is relativley new, it’s not like I’ve been a long time member and I’m not posting fluff.

I just received an email from Craigslist saying my account is on hold but I’ve been able to log in to my account today. I need to click on a link to remove limitations? If I don’t take action or ignore the email my account will be permanently suspended.

I’ve been posting ads to rent my condo and I have been posting alot. Is there a limit on how many times a day I can post?
