There was a debate on another forum I’m on for the 5 worst and 5 best presidents of the 20th century. So that got me thinking why not on Fluther? I’ve included the top ten and worst ten all time via a wikipedia aggregate ranking ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_rankings_of_Presidents_of_the_United_States )....
