[NSFW] Do women with small breast view them in the same manner as a man with a small penis?

Often men (not all of them) who do not feel larger (or larger than average) feel less than a man because they believe they should be average sized or bigger; that to have a near child-sized dumbstick is not to be fully a man somehow. Over the years be it personal conversations, readings in magazines are articles on TV news and talks shows it seems many women (NOT ALL, get that?) want to get aftermarket boobs because they feel they are to small; the common saying ”the chest of a teenaged boy”. Another phrase I have heard a lot was “needing to feel more like a woman”, or “more womanly?” Is there a size breakpoint where you go from feeling like a teen girl to a woman i.e. over 34B woman, under 34B still a teen chest not quite a woman? The size of the breast has much less to do with sexual pleasure than having a small penis to a man so would those women who were not blessed with ”melon genes” chest wise still feel less womanly like a man swinging a small bat?
