Is it strange for a guy to love shoe shopping for his sweetheart?

How strange do you think it is for a guy to love buying shoes for his woman? Most guys I know hate shopping more so with shoe shopping. But be it Macy’s, DSW, Ross, Marshall’s, Ebay, etc when I see a sexy pair of shoes or see an ad on TV, the Internet, or email the hackles in the back of my neck goes up and I want to purchase them for her. I have to almost physically tackle myself to keep me from buying them or placing an order. The fact that she loves the shoes I buy and yes she loves my sense of style, doesn’t help. I would not say I was addicted but it might be close, I still can say “no” with much effort. I don’t always have the cash and I don’t want her to be like Imelda Marcos with so many shoes she could not effectively use them all. Do any of you guys have this situation or gals have a guy who buys for you like that?
