Why are most cartoon movies so stupid?

I went to go see the movies “Rio” and “Hop”, horrible boring movies. I didn’t like them at all. They both got to a point where it was all talking and nothing funny was going on and the only parts I was looking forward to were the ones in the commercials. And this isn’t just for these two cartoon movies, thier for almost all of them.

So, why are all cartoon movies so stupid!?
