While looking for a lost check, I found $200 in cash in the pocket of a winter parka. And after having decided that the check was not in the trash, garbage, recyclables, waste baskets, refrigerator, desk, drawers, medicine cabinets, I took out my sun glasses and opened the case. There was the check. On the way to the bank, I spotted a great blue heron in flight.
