Kentucky Derby - 2011. Will you be watching? Any hunches or tips?

Nothing says “It’s finally Spring!” like the sound of the fanfare at Churchill Downs.

Do you enjoy the Triple Crown races? How do you choose which horses to back? By pedigree? By trainer? By recent performance?

I don’t know much about this year’s possible contenders. The only thing I know for sure is I’ll be putting a few dollars on any horse ridden by Calvin Borel. That jockey has Derby magic!
