Where can I get pants zippers fixed?

I am not handy with needle, thread, or zippers in general so don’t even suggest that.

Twice now, with two different pairs of nice jeans, I have had them halfway on, taken a step, and pulled the little zipper apart. Now I can only where them with long shirts to hide the busted zipper. (classy) can I just take it to a tailor? Follow up, how does one find a tailor?
