Why does the honey bottle warn "Do not feed to children under one year of age"?

Just noticed this while squirting a little honey bear on my afternoon oatmeal. I’ve never noticed it before and would not have hesitated to sweeten the baby food with it.
Why is this warning on there? Am I the last person to know this?
