Is my fish sick or injured?

I have had a molly in with my larger goldfish now for several weeks. The molly seems healthy enough and he gets along with the goldfish. Yesterday, I noticed that the molly wasn’t swimming right; his back end seemed to be dragging – not able to swim horizontal, but more at a 45 degree angle. Do you think this is a sickness or did the goldfish beat him up?
