My mom and I get this sometimes. Strange patches of painful skin. It’s like prickly painful when you touch it. Usually on our inner elbows and forearms. It’s not red, or inflamed, or dry skin or anything. Just looks normal and gets super painful? Normal? Or are we freaks?
