What do you do when you become bloated?

Well, sometimes I’m a little bit TOO fibre conscious, and the abrupt increase in fibre intake will make me bloated as a result. It’s been a week now that I’ve felt this bloating. What would you suggest I do to ease this uncomfortable feeling? After I take my daily dump in the morning, I feel pretty normal.. but then the bloating feeling will come back again shortly after breakfast..
Any home remedies?? Recommended foods (or decrease in any kinds of foods)?
