Could anti-freeze be used to kill cancer cells?

Asked by rock4ever (1866points) June 25th, 2011

I was wondering. I know anti-freeze can kill a person, but what if it was, chemically altered so that it was only strong enough to kill the cancer cells. You could inject it or whatever and then have the dead cancer cells surgically removed. The remaining dead cells would be taken care of by the immune system. Your thought?
