What to do when you work with someone who annoys you totally?

I work with a woman who knows everything about everything. No one ever gets a complete sentence out before she interrupts, finishes, embellishes or solves it.

My solution is to ignore and/or play more deaf that I actually am. But it is a trial. And I know that when I have a problem with someone it is my problem and I must just deal with it.

So how do you cope with such a situation?
