How is it possible that I'm eating way more than I usually do, but have lost a dress size?

Also, I have been really slacking on my workouts. I’m not doing less than I usually do, I’ve just been busy with other things. However, I have been eating without a care in the world for the last couple of months… far more than I normally eat. Without really paying attention to what I’m eating, either, when I normally eat a pretty healthy diet.
The only other factors I can think of that may have something to do with it are that 1.) I’m getting a lot more sleep than I was before and 2.) I am eating a lot more meat than I normally do.
What gives?
Don’t get me wrong.. I’m not complaining. I’m just baffled.
