Why do some people get bitten by mosquitoes more than other people?

In the summer, there is always someone who will say to me “I just got eaten alive! I got a mosquito bite!” (or two mosquito bites or maybe 3). Meanwhile, every summer I get tons of mosquito bites on my arms and legs, hands and feet, all over. Why do some people attract mosquitoes more than other people?
