Pain in jaws?

You know that weird, almost uncomfortable feeling you get when you eat something really strong/sour/tart? (Right where the jaw is connected). Well, it won’t stop. It hurts. I believe its being cause by the parotid gland, but I can’t verify. Can you help. This is becoming quite uncomfortable.
