[NSFW!!] Did Brazilian waxing bring about itsy bitsy bikinis, or did itsy bitsy bikinis spawn Brazilian waxing?

[NSFW!!] If you are young enough to not remember a time before at least CDs, DVDs, cell phones, or guys walking around with pants sagging half off their butts, you might not get this question. If you lived long enough you will notice how women, and now men, swimwear is getting smaller and tinier than ever. Some barely cover the naughty bits. Before Brazilian waxing, when women wore a ”Southern Mustache” many of today’s bikinis, etc could not be worn without having hair spillage. I was wondering was it the creation and the popularity of Brazilian waxing that caused bikini designers to go smaller and smaller, or was it the fashion that made the Brazilian waxing not only popular but necessary? Believe it or not, ask your grandmother, or great grand mother if you have one, swimwear for women actually did look like these vintage styles from the 50s. We have gone from this, to the itsy bitsy POSSIBLE NSFW!, just barely there POSSIBLE NSFW! if at work take caution upon opening bikini. If you are a woman which was the driving force for you; the fashion driving the waxing or visa versa, providing you have a Brazilian or a teeny weeny bikini? If you never done any, what have you witnessed? [NSFW!!]

Did you happen to notice back then the models were plumper and curvier, not bread stick looking? That is another question though.
