What names should not be re-used in movies?

I went to see “Cowboys and Aliens” today. One thing that was very distracting for me was Harrison Ford’s last name was Dollarhide. That kept my mind refering back to the movies “Manhunter” and “Red Dragon”, which are based on the same book, and have a bad guy named Francis Dollarhide. That name is obscure enough in real life to easily avoid it in a movie.
You probably wouldn’t make a movie or book today with a character named Lector, Vader, or Ripley, because the names are too familiar to us.
What other names should be avoided by future media?
