How did you endure 12 weeks of morning sickness?

I am seven weeks along and just started having morning sickness about a week ago. I pretty much always feel like I am going to throw up and I do vomit on average 1–2 times per day. My doc says this is normal and she would not recommend drugs. She gave me b6. Iam not looking for remedies here unless you have the perfect thing that made you feel significantly better. I am wondering how you got through feeling bad for almost 3 months. I have never had a chronic ailment last this long so I don’t really have a precedent.
