Are there any flutherers that are dealing with a chronic autoimmune disease?

I am actually more struggling instead of dealing with it. I was diagnosed with chronic Epstein Barr Syndrome and have had symptoms since Jan 1st of this year. It is like I have mono 2 or 3 weeks out of the month. It is all I can do some days to climb the stairs to my apartment. I am taking B12 shots about every 8 days but they don’t seem to help much. I don’t see the doctor until Aug 30th and I hope he can help me deal with the symptoms; sore, red, irritated throat with white streaks, swollen lymph nodes, headache, fatigue. I feel like I have strep throat, but I don’t. Any other suggestions from another flutherite? I get plenty of sleep and try to stay hydrated but don’t always drink enough water. What effect does alcohol intake have on this? Thanks for any ideas or help.
