Has anyone else noticed a seasonal shift in recent years--about one month early?

Or is it not a recent but a cyclical trend, one relating to another pattern of harsh winters seasons [in reducing scale] followed 2 years later by harsh summers [in reducing scale], finally followed by flat seasons? I have seen both these patterns both now and in earlier years.

Please, only if you KNOW.
I speculate enough.
