What the heck is on my leg and how do I get it off?

This is slightly gross and embarrassing.

I was shaving my legs and all of a sudden, I looked down at my inner thigh (like the halfway point of my upper thigh part) and saw this purplish bumpy thing. I poked it and kinda hurt.

Question is, what the fuck is it and how did it get there? My thighs don’t rub together and I definitely don’t have an STD, and last time I checked, I don’t have any other infectious diseases.

HELP. It’s weird and I want it to go away.
