Going to carowinds with kids, any tips? We get free tickets from my work.

My 5 year old and wife are scared so they probably won’t go on any rollercoasters. (My 5 yr is 49 in.)
My 9 year old and me aren’t TOO scared to go on it, so we are going on EVERY single rollercoaster.
The biggest rollercoaster = 80 mph speed, up 230 feet above the ground, we going on that.
Any tips for when we go there on Sept. 24?
