Do you find it creepy when someone comments on a question asked months ago?

When you get a notification that someone has comments on an old question—whether on your question or one you commented on— after the conversation has already developed and moved on, do you find it creepy and totally stalker-ish?
It could be different if nobody or very few commented on it, or if it was a factual question that never really got a direct answer to. But just an adverage “what’s your opinion?” question, do you see that as “This question has had it’s time….that is just weird..”?
