For how long and at what temp do I bake chicken breasts?

I have two boneless, skinless chicken breasts that I’ve been marinating for not quite 48 hours. I just want to bake them. I’ve heard 350 for 20 min, I’ve heard to cook them for 30 min but wrap them in foil to keep juicy…any suggestions? I’m not great in the kitchen!
