I need suggestions for a great restaurant in Santa Cruz, CA for a romantic,10th anniversary celebration?

I don’t want to drive too far out of Santa Cruz, but I’d like a restaurant that’s kinda fancy, somewhere we can dress up and not stand out; I know that can be hard in California. (I have a hot outfit for the night.)

I’ve done some searching. Any suggestions?
