Locked out of my Apple ID, can you help?

I’ve been without the interwebs for quite a bit

A while back, (when I had the internet) I somehow got locked out of my Yahoo! email and a few other things. One of which is my apple ID. This is kind of important since I’m using an iPhone and iTunes. Thing is I can’t remember my password & the security question was made up in about 2003, so it was quite a bit ago. There’s the option to reset the password, but that will send an email to the email account I’ve given up on getting access back to. Any suggestions?
