What's the most obnoxious, effective alarm clock that you've seen?

I have an employee who cannot get to work on time! During a coaching session, she said that there’s no real reason, she just has a hard time getting up in the mornings. So I told her that I would find her the most effective alarm clock possible. Any suggestions?

(I’m only being somewhat facetious; she’s risking her position and certainly negatively affecting her review. The alarm clock is only a small tongue-in-cheek part of the plan to correct her behavior.)
