A question for the male Jellies (concerning testicular cancer).

Yesterday I watched a program on health, in which the subject testicular cancer was raised.
More precise, preventing that the cancer can spread, by observing
it in time (It can strike in men, mainly between the ages of 20 and 40, according to the show. Websites state the from age of 15).
To do that, men could/should do self-examination of their testicles once a month/six weeks.
So, I did it.
