When does sharing a bed with a sibling become inappropriate?

As an adult, would you share a bed with your adult sibling of the opposite sex? Do you think it’s inappropriate to do so?
I ask because it’s something that would make me feel uncomfortable, particularly when sharing a house with a friend who shares the bed with her male sibling.
It may be completely acceptable. I’m curious to get other views on this.
