What could a weird lump in leg be that I've had for 6 years?

So not really to concerned but thought I’d ask to see if anyone has heard of this or has something similar.
I went to the doctor the first time I got it and she said it was nothing but didn’t say what it was – that was 6 years ago and it’s still there, I vaguely remember her saying if it’s still there in 6 months to go back… I’m assuming it’s nothing sinister as it has been 6 years.
It almost disappeared but now being pregnant it seems to have come back.
It’s hard to touch and feels like a tiny ball half the size of my finger nail, if i poke it with a needle it bleeds like an ingrown hair does, sometimes it hurts but that’s only when I poke it – anyone have any idea?
Lipoma, calcium deposit, some weird uncolored mole, the distinguishing factor is that it bleed a whole heap when I pierced it and it’s slightly redder than my skin!

ok thanks!
