How To Do Storytime For Young Children During The Holiday Season?

I do Storytime Plus at two Nursery Schools. I used to do it in the Public library. It’s Christmas time but the group is all inclusive. At the library in December I covered Snow, Winter, Chanukah, Christmas, Kwanza and told the fun part of the holidays that some celebrate not the religious aspect The head of one Nursery School wants me to do a Christmas theme. I’m not religious and not really comfortable doing that. How would you handle the situation?
