What the heck is this Dolly Parton music video/song?

I remember seeing this Dolly Parton music video a few years ago—had to be the early 2000’s. I have no recollection of the song at all but I know that video was on CMT a lot. The song was upbeat and in the video Dolly is singing in the foreground and the backdrop behind her is something like a kaleidoscope. And there are dancing lobsters and aliens. I swear. The video looks really cheap and is very random. I wanted to show it to my friend the other day but could not find anything about it!
