The rules are simple: besides being tried and true, it must be easy to make – think single guy easy. Nothing exotic, nothing unpronounceable. Nothing over 15 minutes preparation – one hour maximum cooking time.
Best if it feeds twol then if you’re alone and hungry – it’s the right aou. If you have a date – it’s the right amount. If you’re four people – mutiply by two.
