New Home Delivery Concept. Is it feasible?

I see on fb, I want a sammich (not bob) or wine, cheese. What if people called me for their feasible whim and I would deliver. Someone would call and say what they need, I’m on it. I was thinkin Blink and Nod, like a Dream of Jeannie happiness? No start up cost. I have a car.
What am I missing here?
