(NSFW) What does it mean when a guy says this?

I’ve been told by a lot of guys after they have gone down on me that I “taste good.” What does that mean? Is it just something guys feel they should say after doing that, or is there something behind it that I ACTUALLY taste good and/or better than other women? I know every guy tastes different, but I have never said you taste good after swallowing (I don’t think).
