Should I shave my arms and legs too?

I just got done doing some man-scaping if you will. I’ve been getting in shape and wanted to get rid of my lower back and chest hair to show the definition. My girlfriend kinda hinted this to me haha I figured what the heck. But now I feel really weird having arm and leg hair. Should I shave the rest?

PS I am newbie to this shaving body hair thing, I’ve never really bothered before until now.
