I want to make the ultimate melt in the mouth chocolate truffles as a present for someone. Any help and tips PLEASE.

I have had them before, but I have not got a clue where to start.
I am giving myself plenty of time here to practice.
Have any of you at home chocolatier’s got any simple recipes?
With or without alcohol, and ideally with a harden chocolate casing.
I can temper chocolate and am happy with either white, dark or milk.
Please, please any simple ideas welcome.
