What do you think the growing hummm sounds heard through out the world are?

Since 2009 all over the world there have been recordings of sounds that come and go that no one can explain. One thing though, they all sound alike. Sometimes they last for days, other times just for a day. I will post some links so you can asses the sound for yourself. Last night, in Costa Rica it was heard and continues to hummm. I have thoughts on it, one idea is HAARP. Another idea is the it is possibly a warning of things to come. What are your thoughts?
