Skin Diver Visited Fluther 10 days in a row. Why can't I get this award?

I’ve been exploring the awards and noticed this one. I feel sure that I’ve been visiting Fluther every day for the past several weeks. Are some of the awards defunct, never to be given again? Or is something not working correctly?
