Bleeding after menopause--ovarian cancer?

I am a 46 year old women who is postmenpausal, my last period was may 2009, In sept I got this terrible pain in my stomach it feels like a constant gnawing irritant. I went to the hsp and they said pancreatitis my Lipase were over 600, I was sent to a spec who said it wasn’t my pancreas and wasn’t sure what was going on, I also have nausea all the time bloating and really runny bowel movements, 2 weeks ago I started bleeding vaginally and some pain in my ovaries and pelvic pain and my breasts are extremely
sore and huge if they keep growing I am going to explode, the bleeding has stopped but the pain in my breats is still present and my stomach still hurts and that gnawing pain never gives me a break.I am scared as I read these are are ovarian cancer symtoms. Help anybody….
