Have you or anyone you know, ever had plastic surgery and had buyers remorse?

I always hear of people regretting getting a botch up job, which is no surprise, but I wonder if people ever get exactly what they wanted and expected and yet felt it failed to deliver.
I was wondering because we do sometimes get that dream hair cut to discover it really doesn’t fit who we are. So it got me wondering about the ultimate cut.
