What do you think of this idea for a community restaurant?

I just heard about this community restaurant opened a few months ago by the performer Jon Bon Jovi. I am not sure what to make of it. A meal for $10 is a little less than the going rate. I am wondering what types of customers the restaurant attracts. How many really needy people do you think would show up and work to pay for their meal? Are we to assume that money from the restaurant will be used for charitable purposes? Let me know your thoughts on this or if you have additional information.
