Will you help me come up with a portmanteau for sleepy and angry?

I am in need of a portmanteau that combines sleepy and angry, or any words meaning sleepy and angry. So, tired, exhausted, pissy, testy, rancorous – all up for grabs. It is to describe that particular jerk-like behavior one takes on when one is tired, and should really go to bed, but instead will take their frustration out on other people. To be used in the following sentence: “Sorry, I’m not mad at you, I’m just [blank]”.

Slangry is a no-go.
