Is it possible for a man to dress "cheap" or "easy"?

I have read some threads lately were it has been discussed that certain outfits or styles of dress on a woman come off as cheap, or depicting the wearer as highly interested in having sex.

Is there a male equivalent? If I wanted to dress for the club and communicate I really want to hook up, what would I wear? Or alternatively, what should I avoid wearing if I don’t want to appear promiscuous?
