What action should be taken when an answer reveals possible criminal behaviour against a minor/under-age member?

There was a question answered yesterday by one of the minors here on Fluther. By what was said, there seemed to be criminal behaviour against this person. I sent a message to them with advice and offer of support.
The whole thing bothered me all night. This morning, I see it’s being “handled”. What does that mean exactly?

I’m wondering what we are suppose to do when this happens. Talk to a moderator? Talking to law enforcement seems pointless as we don’t know where everyone lives on here.
