How much time do you spend getting ready to present yourself?

I imagine there are different time frames to think about this question. For example, you might go clothes shopping once a year, or once a month or three times a week. Similarly with accessory shopping or with purchasing other personal services like hair cuts, or massages or makeovers or whatever you do. Mention the things you do regularly, and how often you do them and how much time they tend to take, including travel time.

There are also things you probably do on a daily basis, like showering, putting on makeup, shaving, choosing an outfit and dressing in it. The timing on these things may vary for week days and week ends, depending on what you are doing. So mention what might cause the timing to vary and how much it varies by.

You don’t have to total the time for me. I’m more interested in getting a sense of how much of your life is taken up by getting ready to present yourself—even if you are only presenting yourself to yourself.
