What should I not miss in Israel for a week?

I’m headed off in a few days for a week in Israel. I am visiting a friend in Tel Aviv, but I will have a few days to travel outside of it. I think she’s planning a day for us at the Dead Sea. Any favorite places for a solo female non-Jew? Do love history. Thanks!
