I keep having dreams about someone that I like but do not want her or anyone to know about it. so why is this happening?

We work together. She is my manager. I did not notice her at all right away until one day she drew on piece of paper. She was trying to explain her idea to me and I looked down at the drawing and started laughing. I asked, “what is this?” She responded with laughter and said, ” my illustration of what my vision is for this story.” Then I said to her respectfully, “you could have just explained it to me.” I continued on with a smile. We chatted on about she can’t draw but likes too. We continued having days like this. Laughing all the time and chatting away. I have been over to her home and out with her but nothing out of the ordinary. Then I started to have these dreams. I just started working there over 7 months ago and I guess she did not know what I was able to do which would explain the drawings. Now she just talks to me about it. I will pretty much do my own thing combined with hers ideas. She will get more from me out of a project when I do them for her… Ok, so now I am rambling. The dreams are intense. Sometimes they go all the way and other times they are just subtle. I had one last night that expressed how she is afraid to get involved with me because we work together. We were head to head against the wall gazing into each others eyes. Holding hands but trying not to be noticeable. These dreams are driving me insane. I avoid her as much as possible at work which is hard to do because at some point I have to talk to her which happens almost everyday. Intelligence as well as common sense goes out the window because I draw a blank while talking her. I decided to let her talk. Now if it is about a project then all of the infatuation and desires will go out the window and it is game on. To top it all off, I know for fact that she does not think of me at all in that way…period! I just want these reoccurring dreams to end…or do I?
